We are looking for a new leader to NEVS Industrial Services (NIS)!

Description

As Sales Director you will be a part of the exiting journey of expanding our capacity as a full service provider in automotive engineering, contract manufacturing, testing and related services.

You will work together with the respective business lines and line organization to evaluate customer needs and requirements to produce competitive proposals that meet both financial and legal requirements.

You will have full responsibility for the team performance as well as interface towards customers, with leads, quotes, orders, deliveries and payments. We are a very lean organization which gives the opportunity to influence both the organization and the way we deliver product/services. You will report to VP Purchasing & NIS.

The role involves:

- Responsible for the roadmap for NEVS Industrial Services, making the offers to market aligned with NEVS Business Plan.
- Develop, manage and execute sales strategies for NIS.
- Plan, forecast and follow up sales activities.
- Identify and select strategic partners.
- Work together with other Business Lines within NEVS, to evaluate customer needs and requirements and produce competitive proposals that meet both financial and legal requirements.
- Create a client supplier relation based on trust and respect of each other 's interest.
- Develop and manage new frame agreements with customer.
- Be active in NIS marketing activities (National and International).

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in sales through Key Account Management position or equal.
- Relevant education
- Strong basic economic understanding
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge how to negotiate and implement the customer plan (strategy and tactics)
- Project management skills
- Ability to conduct complex analyses and business cases
- Have driving license
- Fluent in English & Swedish both spoken and written.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
