Join our team as the NGS and Proteomics Team Lead at TATAA Biocenter, at the heart of pioneering molecular analysis. You'll be leading a team of highly motivated and skilled team members, in a fast-developing and exciting field of Life Science. Your dedication will drive exceptional development, efficiency, and services for our clients. Your Essential Responsibilities as a NGS and Proteomics Lead will Include:
• Lead and manage NGS and Proteomics project teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and risks, implementing problem-solving strategies for successful outcomes.
• Present regular updates and final reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project strategy, progress, and adjustments.
• Review and approve SOPs, validation protocols, and procedural documents for projects. Collaborate closely with the QA department to ensure project compliance with quality standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to cross-functional and laboratory teams for efficient and accurate task performance.
• Stay abreast of scientific developments, closely collaborating with the Company's Scientific Officer and Business Development team, and actively contribute valuable insights and ideas to enhance innovation.
• Act as the point of contact for effective communication of project progress, updates, and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and compliant recordkeeping of project data, following established protocols.
• Direct and manage project timelines, allocating resources effectively to meet milestones.
• Develop and validate genomics or proteomics assays using state-of-the-art technology and methodologies.
• Maintain a commitment to high-quality standards, continuous improvement, and adherence to organizational values and goals.
• Plan and lead complex laboratory testing and experiments in accordance with GLP regulations and ISO 17025 standards.
KvalifikationerQualifications and Attributes Who Are You? - Skallkrav
Are you someone who:
• Holds a Ph.D. in a relevant field with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years
• Bring strong experience in NGS and Proteomics work, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in molecular analysis.
• Demonstrates proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and external stakeholders.
• Exhibits excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and continuous improvement in project management.
• Strong self-motivational drive for shared success of the team and company.
