As a part of a global HR-team you will work with all tasks in HR to build a professional and value adding department which works in a modern and creative way. Did you watch Netflix's HR presentation and thought 'I want to work like that? Then this is the role for you.
The role includes work on both an operative and strategical level. Together with your colleagues in HR you will make sure Nexus is an attractive employer with professional processes. We strive to work proactively and give the best possible support to our leaders and employees. Today, Nexus 's HR-department has a solid ground to stand on, and we are now ready to take HR to the next level.
This role will focus on supporting our Product & Delivery unit and work closely with the leaders in this part of the organization. The role includes travels since Product & Delivery is based in all offices in Europe and India. The base of the role is however located in Nexus' headquarters in Stockholm, at Telefonplan.
About you
You have around 4-6 years of experience in a role as HR Business Partner or similar. You have previous HR-experience in a high tech company, preferably in the software developing area, and you are used to working in an agile and fastmoving environment. Change does not scare you, instead you are a good change leader and know how to make leaders become good at change management, too. You are knowledgeable in all HR areas and don't mind doing a little bit of everything, both on a strategical and an operational level. You are also a good team player that likes bouncing ideas with your colleagues. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and enjoy a global culture.
