Job description
As Sales Operations Analyst you are part of a global Sales team reporting into the VP Sales and Business Development. This is a focal role in the company and you will cooperate with all members of the Sales and Product Management teams based across all our global offices. Your core focus will be to make the sales force more efficient hence helping the company to grow faster. Your main tasks are:

• Sales Force Enablement:
• Sales process development, adoption and execution,
• CRM development and processes,
• Drive development of and improvements of sales tools across global sales team
• Training coordinator
• Business Analytics
• Management reporting
• Sales Metrics
• Manage Commercial Projects
• Drive or be a stake holder in commercial projects that the business wants to execute on

Candidate Profile
To be able to take this role we believe you have a university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management (Industriell Ekonomi). You can be newly graduated looking for a big opportunity. You are a numbers person, have good analytical abilities and you are comfortable using Excel in your daily work. You are self-motivated, solution oriented with strong communication skills. We see that you are fluent in English and Swedish with additional languages being an extra plus.

Working hours, Start Date and scope:
Work is during office hours, with some flexibility. Start date is as soon as possible, depending of the availability of the right candidate. This is a recruitment meaning that you will be employed by CLX Networks.
