Get Ready - for your new job at Ericsson!
System Engineer - 4G/LTE Radio network development
Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed-network operators globally. More than 1000 networks in 140 countries use our network equipment and 40 percent of all mobile calls are made through our systems.
4G or LTE (Long-Term Evolution) is the next-generation mobile network, evolved from today's 3G technology (WCDMA/HSPA).
LTE offers high peak data rates, low latency, high capacity, spectrum flexibility and network simplicity. This enables operators to cost-effectively provide attractive services that offer rich user experiences.
Leveraging on its leadership and unrivaled experience in mobile systems, Ericsson is leading the introduction of LTE.
At the LTE product development unit, our mission is to develop a world-leading LTE radio access network (RAN) based on the technology leadership of Ericsson radio access network solutions. Our goal is to ensure that the product will be a technological and business success that exceeds the customer's expectation. As a System Engineer, you will play an important role in the development of the LTE radio network and your contribution will have a clear impact on the bottom line.
