We are currently recruiting for Svenska Brasseriers (Swedish Brasserie's) newest addition on Djurgården, Stockholm. The restaurant will be run by Chef Tommy Myllymäki, providing the very best in culinary and tailored hospitality. The restaurant is currently under construction. Opening date is Mars 2020.

We are looking for a captain and back serves who wants to be part of our journey. We are looking for you who is knowledgeable, committed, driven and a team player.

Captain
Greet and seat guests and serve them in a professional and personalized way. Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) of the restaurant. Must possess a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus. Candidates should have 3-4 years or restaurant experience. A sommelier education and Michelin experience is a bonus.

Back server
Assist the Captain in the dining room with food delivery. Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course. Refill water and bread, polish glassware and silverware. Must posses a thorough knowledge of the food menu. Candidates should have 2 years or restaurant experience. Michelin experience is a bonus.
