New Product Introductions & Licensing Specialist
The NPI specialist is the main interface between Supply and R&D in Skellefteå to be able to ensure that releases are ready for production when the product is released. This is made through participating in development projects, working together with sourcing and vendors to ensure that planned parts are ready in time. Documentation regarding the release is also reviewed and approved by the NPI/Licensing specialist.
The job also includes working with licenses, Ascom are using a 3rd-party licensing solution that has to be administrated and produced per order
Key skills and experience preffered:
Experience in design or manufacturing of electronic/electro-mechanical products
Experience in Agile project development (scrum)
Detail oriented with exceptional organisation skills
Accurate and careful, having a sense of details
Setting own goals and fulfilling them
Knowledge and experience with ISO9000 requirements
Project experience desired, including working against deadlines
Customer focus-driven
Since the business language is English we are looking for a person with good English, both speaking and writing
Education: Production engineer or equivalent experience
