hela Sverige Cheil Nordic is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the President of our local operations in the Nordics. As the President, you will be responsible for leading and managing our advertising business in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of Cheil's operations in the Nordics, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of projects and services.
Provide strategic direction and drive business growth, leveraging your extensive experience within the advertising industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives in order to deliver exceptional solutions.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to stay ahead in a constantly evolving market.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of solid experience within the advertising industry, with a track record of successfully driving business growth.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
Fluency in both English and Korean is required, as the role involves frequent interaction with our global team.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and team members.
Deep understanding of the Nordic advertising landscape and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on delivering results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
