Dream Broker is headquartered in Helsinki and will open new offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen in the autumn of 2012. Our aim is to become a significant international player in the digital online video software market by 2015.

Dream Broker is looking for a future talent in global business to work with customer acquisition as a key member of our "New Market Creation"-team. The new market creation team works as a spearhead of Dream Broker's international sales operations. While our field sales meet customers face-to-face, we contact and meet with customers via online meetings from our Helsinki headquarters.

Your responsibilities as a member of the New Market Creation team include:

• Contacting Swedish customers via telephone, mainly large organizations

• Holding online meetings with potential customers

• Achieving sales targets monthly

• Maintaining an understanding of online video business in Sweden

• Helping to develop Dream Broker's international operations

Requirements:

• Fluency in English. Native level language skills in Swedish is a major benefit

• Ambition to succeed, sales spirit, diligence, constant hunger to develop yourself

• University studies or BA/BS

We wish you have also:

• Sales and/or telemarketing experience

• Customer service experience

• Ability to engage professionally with customers

• Understanding of  IT-, HR- and Communications operations
