hela Sverige As a New Grad Business Development Engineer, you will be part of a team defining and executing on strategic plans to grow the business globally. This is a new role within the Process department where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, supported by keen colleagues. The key focus will be on supporting the team with data analysis and communication; two critical aspects in the teams strategic planning work.
In your daily work you will support Business Development Managers with market research and develop and maintain detailed analyses on global sales trends. You will document business opportunities and customer feedback and do strategic account administration.
In this role you will also ensure that our routines comply with Emerson's ethical, trade compliance and other legal requirements. You will have the opportunity to build a broad network and work closely with internal functions and with Emerson's sales organization worldwide.

Requirements
The position as a New Grad Business Development Engineer is suited to someone looking to work in an international environment and wanting to develop their knowledge of sales, business analytics and strategic planning. This is probably your first job after graduation from a master's degree in Engineering/Science/Economics, or you may have up to one year of experience. Our business environment is international and requires good interpersonal skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Any additional languages are an advantage.
To be successful in this position we believe you have a driven and analytical nature and are keen to continue your personal development. This position requires a proactive team player with good social skills. You are customer focused and have a good technical understanding.
