For the experienced Sales Executive in the ERP software industry, Tectura offers the opportunity to accelerate your sales career. The role covers primarily new business development with some account management. We would prefer candidates to be based around the Stockholm, but must be prepared to travel throughout Sweden and other countries as required.

The candidate will focus on:
• generating revenue to meet assigned quotas and sales goals by closing deals with new clients,
• prospecting and developing new sales leads,
• managing an individual sales pipeline to deliver a steady stream of revenue, and developing proposals in response to RFPs,
• coordinating with other teams throughout the company, e.g. Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services to ensure a quality sales process and delivery,
• continuously striving for professional excellence in your own area of discipline; proactively share knowledge of business practices with team members, clients and partners.

You will need:
• proven experience of selling tier one ERP solutions throughout Sweden and internationally
• Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or NAV experience preferred but will also consider Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Infor etc
• demonstrable competency and skill to quickly build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline
• deep understanding of a number of vertical markets and business issues, with focus on discrete and process manufacturing
• a natural talent for analysis and problem solving will be crucial as you tailor custom solutions for each of our prospective client?s needs,
• proven track record of prospecting and business development and be committed to working in a quarterly driven environment to forecast and deliver predictable revenues
• strong communication and negotiation skills as you deliver in-person sales presentations to prospective clients. Fluent in Swedish and English essential.
