This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Centio Consulting Group AB and work as a consultant.
The position is full-time.
The assignment involves close cooperation with the customer, which places great demands on flexibility and ability to cooperate.
Assignment description
For our client Tietoevry we are looking for a Networking Engineer with DevOps to be included in their delivery towards one of their end-clients.
We are now searching for Networking engineer with DevOps mind set.
The project establishes different infrastructures in a high grade Data Center. Each separate infrastructure is configured and used for test and validating different solutions and components. Handling the setup is very focus on automation to minimize risk for errors and to enable reusability of configurations.
Competence requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of traditional networking products, Extreme Networks SLXOS or similar (Juniper/Cisco)
Understanding of basic networking (switching, routing, firewall) and protocols
Hands-on knowledge and experience with L2 networking and protocols
o VLAN
o VxLAN
o Trunk vs Access
o ARP
o Broadcast
Hands-on knowledge and experience with L3 networking and protocols:
o VRF
o EVPN
o iBGP
o eBGP
o OSPF
o BFD
Hands-on knowledge and experience with Linux
Knowledge and experience with Python
Knowledge and experience of Openshift and VMware
Understanding of SDN (Sofware Define Netorking)
Other:
100% remote from Sweden
5+ years of experience
English(Advanced)
