The Swedish IT operations team is a newly established organizational capability within our global IT function. The operations team consists of 4 colleagues who report to IT operations manager Gustaf Jäghagen. Your main responsibilities includes the following:
• IT Operations throughout Bona's operations
• Monitor IT equipment and follow up on alerts
• Forming and executing IT strategy within area of expertise
• Driving and participating in global IT projects.
• Life cycle management for area of expertise
• Manage escalations for area of expertise
• Improving IT security for area of expertise
• Oversee and perform changes, configurations, upgrades, updates, and installations in area of expertise
• Documenting and updating information regarding network
Responsibilities
• Network - LAN, WAN, WIFI, FW, DHCP, RADIUS, VPN IPSEC, Remote access
• IT security in area of expertise
• Involved in negotiations with vendor contracts in area of expertise
Qualifications
• Certificate or experience in the level of CCNA, CCNP is required
• Experience of working with Command-line interface configuration
• Taking own responsibility and initiatives
• Technically independent
• Sense of urgency and keeping deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and organize own work tasks
• Experience of driving a change agenda
