Renault Nordic is now looking for a Network Sales Coordinator to further strengthen our Swedish Sales Division. A great opportunity for a structured and well organized person to join a dynamic and fun team. This is a fulltime employment, starting as soon as possible and located in Kista, Stockholm.

The main role of the Network Sales Coordinator is to be responsible for the administration and support for the Swedish Sales Division, with database administration of agreements, follow-up of volumes and clients, benchmark, adaptation and deployment of commercial actions for New Vehicle Marketing in the Network. Animate and monitor the network performance, as well as:

• Monthly, quarterly, YtD and annual follow up of, on dealer and down to site level for Framework Agreements, STR sales and invoicing and administration of sold volume to Key Accounts.
• Responsible for ordering process to large fleet customers, including close follow-up and reporting.
• In charge of coordination, implementation and administratoin of the Framework Agreements for Sweden including liaising with the dealer network.
• Responsible for STR administration, follow-up and invoicing.
• In charge of the Implementation committee and coordination of implementation process for commercial activities for Renault & Dacia Sweden.
• Participate in the development of a new and efficient dealer communication strategy.
• Support country Sales Managers for Retail and Fleet, and Zone Managers in standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Support the Business Analyst in relevant reports.
• Preparation of Ad Hoc presentations, both internal and external

• Academic background in Business, Marketing or similar
• Commercial experience within the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced IT/IS user
• Fluent in English and Swedish

To be successful in this position is essential that you have previous analytical/ or administrative experience. Furthermore it is an advantage if you have worked in a customer oriented environment - preferable in a Sales support function. You have excellent administration skills, is analytical and pay attention to details. You are organized, self-sufficient and are able to structure and plan your work. This is essentially a role for a team player and would prove rewarding for someone who is willing to become an integral part of the team.
