About the role
Yanzi is growing! Join our team as a technical expert driving our Network Operations Center (NOC). You will learn the world's leading IoT platform for smart buildings to solve the technical questions from our international customers. It is a new established role which brings opportunities for the curious and fast learned mind. You will work close with our committed developers and support team, while driving the NOC and giving world-class service.
Key responsibilities
As a responsible team player you will be the bridge between customers and engineering while driving the network operations center. You will handle technical support, create dashboards and monitor the platform while working proactively and focused on the solutions. You will work close with the teams at Yanzi, to provide feedback and suggest improvements on the platform.
Your experience
We are looking for someone with
• Educational background within IT or engineering
• Experience from working with NOC
• Working proficiency in English, fluent both in writing and speaking
• Passion for Internet of Things
• Experience from customer service
• Worked with sensors
• Open to do business trips
• Knowledge in Grafana, Logstash, Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge in network technologies, SSH, Cloud, Linux/Unix, Test or API
• Experience from an on-call position
It would be a plus if you have
• Passion for Internet of Things

Full-time
You will work from the Yanzi Head Quarters based in Kista, Stockholm.
