Our Awesome Opportunity
We are looking for a 5G/4G Network Engineer to work in customer premises in Sweden, with the object to execute a test object list for parameters baseline and features validation in the Network.
The engineer is encouraged to perform the tests using TEMS Investigation equipment, validate if the tests are successful and perform troubleshooting when the result of the test is not expected. Knowledge of Ericsson RAN 4G and 5G is required. Integration and troubleshooting skills are also seen as an advantage.
You will
Execute the test object list.
Validate the test results being successful.
Perform troubleshooting in case of unsuccessful tests.
Collaborate with Ericsson colleagues on the test execution.
Interface the customer to present the results and ask for support when needed.
Suggest alternative or additional tests if needed.
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Bachelor's in engineering
Minimum years of experience: 10 years working with network optimization and troubleshooting
Domain experience: E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design
Consultative skills
Presentation & communication skills
Problem Solving & critical thinking
Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
Applying Expertise & Technology
Partner management and customer engagement
Knowledge/experience in the following are an advantage:
Previous experience on a similar role from other optimization projects
Demonstrated hands-on troubleshooting skills on 4G and 3G
Solid experience on 4G/3G parameters baseline and features testing
Tools: Moshell, TEM Investigation
Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus, since intervendor scenario is also part of the test.
Proficiency with the English Language
