As a Network Application Enginner you will provide pre-sales support to Westermo Sales units and sales channels around the world. This role is centered on our offices in Västerås, Sweden however will involve considerable international travel so location is not critical. The mission of Westermo NAT is to support the company in its ambitious growth plans for industrial network solutions based around our WeOS operating system. The day to day tasks will involve understanding a customer's networking needs and recommending a solution based on Westermo's products. There will be a need to create network schematics, customer presentations and application documentation.
The Westermo Network Application Team (NAT) is a growing team of support engineers tasked with providing high levels of customer facing technical knowledge to our organization.
Qualifications
Degree level education preferred. Relevant college level courses could be considered.
CCNP level qualification.
Several years' experience of working in customer support roles with networking equipment, preferably in the industrial sector.
Very good English, written and spoken are a pre-requisite; other language skills would be beneficial.
You must be a good communicator, both within the company and to customers. You must be able to work unsupported but also as part of a team. You have a genuine interest in technology and have a good sense of initiative and are targeted with drive and focus.
Meritorious experience
Knowledge of competitors' products and solutions. Cyber security. WeOS. Presentations to meetings in English. Writing of white paper or application documents.
