hela Sverige You will be joining a growing IT Team - driving internal innovation and solutions in a highly demanding environment. With hundreds of end users, complex networking and system environments and a need for innovation, you will be in a challenging and exciting environment.
We are looking for a highly skilled Network and System Administrator, effective provisioning, installation/configuration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure; participating in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure; ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards and values; and effectively troubleshooting all network-related hardware and software internally. You must have excellent Customer Service Skills that will ensure our employees receive nothing less than World Class Support. You will be part of the team that is building and driving revolutionary support processes and associated functions. You will provide direct incident response as well as proactive alert monitoring, response and maintenance.
We have a mixed environment with Windows, Linux and Mac, as well as extensive use of Virtualized Machines.
• You must have superior Customer Service Skills, Great Communication Skills, be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Five Years of System and Network Admin Experience
• In-Depth Knowledge of industry standard system and network infrastructure
• Huge Plus for Windows, Linux, and Mac experience
• Experience with Virtualization Technologies Linux and Windows Server OS
• Experience troubleshooting LANs, WANS, servers, routers, switches, firewalls and software deployments, Active Directory and Office 365 Administration
Other requirements:
• Will require some on-call availability
• Able to effectively manage multiple activities and projects
• MIS, CIS, Network and other certifications will be highly valued
• Ability to travel locally and perhaps very occasional international travel may be required

The position is a permanent employment, full time position, that will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. During the summer 2018 we will move to a new renovated office in Solna Business Park.
