Pre-Sales Engineer Cisco/ Security-Datacenter

Placering: Sverige

Vi söker nu en pre-Sales Engineer inom Cisco / Säkerhet & Data Center för att supporta vår tillväxtstrategi och ytterligare stärka vår marknadsledande position som en värde adderande Cisco distributör i Sverige.

Purpose of position
In this position you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to our internal sales and technical staff, customers and distribution partners with guidance on Cisco UCS integrated solution and security solutions. You will provide product based technical sales support to authorized business partners, liaise with reseller and distribution partners to guide, collect and document detailed End customer solution configuration information. You will plan, manage and direct solution integration team documentation to enable accurate solution assembly based on end customer requirements.

Main activities

• Assist with sizing and design guidance for Storage and server solutions and Cisco security solutions
• Produce accurate BoM's based on customer requirements
• Provide validated solutions designs
• Support partners with relevant product materials and reports for site preparation and competitive information
• Work with Local country sales teams to produce quotations
• Work with Solutions Sales desk to support and report on opportunity registration activity
• Maintain visibility with vendors and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage for Comstor products and services
• Contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing and solution designs
• Maintain competitive awareness of other vendor products
• Assist with customer events as necessary
• Maintain and develop own knowledge of Comstor services portfolio through vendor and third party partners taken to market via the reseller channel
• Provide sales and technical trainings towards the channel in collaboration with our existing Se teams.

Qualifications

• Vendor accredited specialist qualification ? Storage/Datacenter/Servers and Cisco security solutions is a surplus.
• Significant experience in communications industry
• Proven pre-sales expertise of Cisco Security and DC solutions
• Hold current NASAP, NCDA an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cisco UCS or HP and IBM Server products are an advantage
• Knowledge of Cisco Security solutions ( ASA/Ironport/ISE ) are an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Fluent command of Swedish and English language
• Proactive and solution driven mentality
