Are you a driven .NET developer ready for a fun and challenging role at H&M?

We are looking for a .NET developer that will support our business departments within the Buying and Production, where we create the future of fashion and transform creative ideas into fashionable products! As a .NET developer you will work with interesting systems and projects that support the business planning process, from product idea to sales.

We are looking for .NET developers to two of our great teams, TAGS and HM Order:

TAGS is a H&M-developed important system that manages tags and labels for all H&M products globally. Tags consists of a rule engine as well as a web application and a Windows client, all built in Visual Studio 2015 (C#) with SQL Server. Most parts of Tags use .Net 4+.The team of 15 persons is composted with employees, local consultants and offshore resources.

HM Order - You will be part of our agile team in Stockholm and work with one of H&M systems, created in Visual studio 2015 (C#) and SQL 2014. The team consists of 30 team members; half of us are located in Bangalore and the other half in Stockholm. HM Order is used in the process of ordering products and order follow up. It?s a complex system with many dependencies to other internal systems and has been developed and improved continuously during many years.

To succeed in your role we are looking for you who are a driven .NET developer, with personal technology interest and an agile mindset, always striving for improvements. It's beneficial, but not mandatory, if you have experience and a personal interest in SQL, database development and optimization and prior experience working with offshore resources.

We value your personality and social skills and are looking for you who are currently working as a .NET developer, possibly in the first 2-6 years of you developer career. For this opening you must be able to speak Swedish.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M .NET Developer comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Creating solution proposals together with System Architect/Developers
• System analyze and design
• System development, both new requirements and maintenance corrections
• Work close to off-shore testers during development to achieve seamless handover and flow of production
• Implementation, test, documentation and Code review
• Work closely with the system architect and requirement analyst to secure solution and to be able to manage change requests in an agile development process
• Both front-end and back-end development

Your skills

• Minimum 2 years previous practical experience as a .NET/C# system developer
• System development in a Microsoft-environment
• .NET Framework 4.0 and C#
• Database and object modelling
• TDD, Test Driven Development
• Agile work methods, Kanban, Scrum
• Be able to speak and write both Swedish and English

It is also a merit if you have experience acting as Scrum-master/agile coach, practical experience of JavaScript, BDD, IoC och mocking and understanding of solid design principles and Clean code. It is also a plus if you have practical experience or interest of Angular JS, Winforms, Linq, WCF, Enterprise library 5.0, GIT or Nuget.
