* Acting as a subject-matter expert on Swedish benefits and payroll configuration; advising and guiding Shared Payroll Service specialists on the Swedish legislation and rules

Your skills:

* Extensive knowledge of applicable Swedish labour laws; as well as the principles and practices of Swedish payroll, holiday pay, tax and pension

* SAP payroll experience is preferred; good understanding of systems and databases is a must
* Experience in process improvements in a small scale (improvement of work procedures, effective use of IT systems)

To be successful in the job you are:

* Able to work proactive, individually and possess problem solving skills
* A person with good IT skills
* Experienced in displaying the service mind-set to stakeholders
* Excellent in time management and self-motivation
