Distribution Sales Manager:
Responsible for -
Recruiting New Distributors in target territories
Developing new and existing distributors sales
Maintaining Distributor Margins
Attending Main Distributor Exhibitions, as required
Communicating on a regular basis with Distributors
Organising and Arranging Lecture Speakers for Congresses, ensuring lectures are relevant to Distributor and Neoss needs
Organising and Managing Distributor Meetings in UK
Managing Distributor Contracts & Contract Fulfilment
Working with Operations and Finance to achieve objectives
Sweden and UK Country Sales Manager:
Responsible for -
Driving sales growth in these markets (Implants, CADCAM & Other Products),
Managing sales and local marketing support staff
Area sales representatives, performance reviews
Organising and Developing Customer Training activities
Strategic account acquisition and development,
Sales budgets and demand forecasts
Managing tender processes
National Exhibitions and Events
Promotional Offer Development
Based in Sweden or UK and must be prepared to travel (including 1 week per month in UK and further to meet and recruit Distributors)
Split of Work 50% UK and Sweden Country Sales Manager, 50% Distribution Sales Manager
Experience / Skills:
Ideally 5 years Dental Implant Industry Experience
Sales and Sales Management Experience
Previous Distributor Management Experience
Fluent in Swedish / English
