We are now looking for a Negotiation & Labour Law Partner, your main responsibilities negotiations, support in labour law issues and agreements, contact person in union collaboration. . You will work in a highly professional and service minded team being the expert advisor and providing guidance.
Main tasks:
* Leadnegotiations within defined functions
* Support and advice HR and managers
* Projects and improvement work
* Some travel between the two sites Gothenburg and Södertälje will be expected
Qualifications:
* University education within the Human Resource and/or Labour law area or corresponding experience
* Excellent knowledge within labour law
* Experience of union collaboration and negotiation work
* Good communication skills, oral and written, both in Swedish and English
* Ability to interact with people on different levels in the organization
* A structured and driving personality with ability to work independently and in a team
