Who are we?
Ticmate is a fast-growing company offering tickets online to international events worldwide. Our passion is to enrichen people?s lives by giving access to worldclass experiences. Our diverse team works from a variety of countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Spain, and Austria, managing 350 websites in 20 languages. We keep launching up to 8 websites every month and are active in 42 countries so far.

Who are we looking for?
We are now hiring service minded, self-driven, part time team members with a feeling for language. You will be responsible for contributing to our customers? user experience and growing our client base by working at our Helpdesk, translating content, and being part of our content marketing and blogging team.
You will be working in English and French.
Does this apply to you?
• You are native in French
• You have a good level of written and spoken English
• You enjoy communicating with customers over phone and email
• You are service minded, organized, results oriented, and get tasks done before deadline
• You have a feeling for language and an interest in marketing and communication
• You are self-driven but value collaboration with others
• You are able to work approximately 10-15 hours/week, mainly from home at a flexible schedule, with your own computer
• You have a valid EU passport or work permit in Sweden
• You can join the team in Sweden this fall and stay at least until the end of the year
