The number of consumers who shop with Klarna is constantly increasing globally, therefore we are now looking for energetic and service minded advisors for our UK first line Merchant support team.
Who You are...
You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as Email, Phone, Chat etc. You are secure in taking a stand for your opinion and always strive for making improvements, and would love to serve as an ambassador for our brand. You are required to have native English speaking skills, market knowledge of UK is a merit.
