We are now recruiting a National Sales Manager to take lead on the development and implementation of a strategy plan for the Swedish market. This position offers a great opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to influence the development of ArjoHuntleigh's business in Sweden, on a market with extremely high potential!
The position
In this position you will be have full P/L responsibility and be accountable for all commercial activities in Sweden. The Swedish SSU unit currently consists of ten employees and has a turn-over of 50 million SEK. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Swedish strategy plan in line with ArjoHuntleigh's and Getinge Groups strategic direction. You will be a part of the Commercial lead team and will report to Head of Subregion North.
Your key responsibilities and work tasks include:
• Responsibility for all commercial activities in Sweden (Sales and Service)
• Lead and develop subordinated employees
• Development of a competent and motivated organization
• Timely implementation of agreed strategic and tactical plans
• Creation and implementation of innovative business models
• Creation of budgets and estimates
Local and international travel is estimated to 40-60 days per year.
The ideal candidate
The person we are looking for has a minimum of 2-3 years experience of Sales Management and preferably a minimum of 1-2 years experience of P/L responsibility. You have experience from the medical device industry and are used to working in an international organization.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• A University degree, preferably with a commercial focus is beneficial
• Knowhow and ownership of a tool-box for strategic and operational work within med-tech sales
• P/L understanding
• Key Account Management/C-suite selling
• Knowledge of Solution selling and Product Launch
• Excellent coaching skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, oral and written
