About the role
Our family lives about 15 km east of Stockholm and is searching for a warm-hearted and capable individual to join their household. The family has two adorable children under the age of 5 years old, and we're seeking someone who not only takes care of the little ones but also becomes an integral part of the family's daily lives. This position is a 75-100% commitment and is part of a staffing arrangement with employment through Just Arrived.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualities:
•
Childcare Experience: Prior experience in childcare is essential, providing us with confidence in your ability to care for children.
•
Flexibility and Warmth: We're looking for someone who exudes warmth and enjoys spending time with children. Your positive attitude and willingness to engage in various activities, both indoors and outdoors, with the kids will be greatly valued. If you can come up with creative and entertaining activities, even better!
•
Attention to Detail: We appreciate someone who pays close attention to detail, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, as well as maintaining a tidy and organized household. Your housekeeping skills, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry, will contribute significantly to the family's daily life.
•
Effective Communication: The ability to listen to and understand the children's needs is key. While initiative is welcomed, it's equally important to first grasp the family's routines and preferences.
•
Language Skills: Proficiency in either Swedish or English is required.
•
Other Skills: A valid driver's license is a definite plus.

Additional information
Please be aware that occasional weekend work may be required. If you have allergies to dogs, it's important to note that there may be one that occasionally visits the family (they don't have a permanent dog at home).
