BASIC PURPOSE :
The Nail Technician is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining YourBeautyBox standards throughout all procedures.
JOB FUNCTION :
1. Follow proper procedures for nail technician.
2. Keep all areas neat and clean including the staff lounge, the nail salon and prep rooms.
3. Advise guests of all areas of the spa and how to use each room and the equipment.
4. Set up, utilize or operate and clean all equipment in the nail/salon which may include:
sterilizer
depilatory heater and wax
electric booties
paraffin baths (facial, hand/feet)
hot towel cabis
5. Utilize and market all retail products for guests.
6. Operate the audio visual equipment.
7. Utilize the appointment book.
8. Retrieve, prepare and monitor all nail/salon linens.
9. Prepare the work table with the necessary supplies.
10. Provide a professional and relaxed nail treatment
11. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
