We are located in Malmö, a large, vibrant city located in the south of Sweden.The International School is authorized to deliver the IB Primary, Middle and Diploma programmes from the age of 3 to 19. The school is expanding and we are now looking for a dedicated, international teacher to fill a position on our team.Bladins International School of Malmo welcomes applications from dedicated and enthusiastic professionals for the position below:POSITION TITLE: MYP Learning Support TeacherEFFECTIVE DATE: 8th August 2019CLOSING DATE: 22nd July 2019DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: MYP Learning Support TeacherThe International School is looking for a certified Learning Support Teacher to work in supporting teachers working with students with learning needs, and also working directly with students in a small group resource setting.Essential:Must have a qualified SEN teaching degreeHave experience of working with children in an educational settingHave a high level of fluency and accuracy in both spoken and written EnglishIs able to support students with learning and/or social difficultiesHave a professional approach to all tasksIs highly motivated and a self-starterIs able to collaborate with classroom teacher(s)Is flexibleIs organized and able to help students develop organization skillsDesirable:Have teaching experience in an international schoolHave experience in delivering the IB MYP curriculumFamiliar with the use of Google tools and ManagebacExperience in highly multicultural settingsWillingness to carry out extra-curricular activities and sporting tripsWe place great emphasis on personal qualities, as you will become a part of our positive team.PACKAGE Competitive salaryRelocation package includes flights to Sweden at the start and commencement of the contract.Support with accommodation is also provided.Baggage allowance of 400 EUR for baggage and shippingProfessional development provided (on-site and external) To Apply:To apply please send resume, along with the names, addresses and phone numbers of two references, and a cover letter to:
