As a Customer Service Agent at Mynewsdesk your main priority and aim is to provide first class customer service by helping and supporting our customers through phone, email, chat, Twitter and Facebook in their daily interaction on the Mynewsdesk Platform.
Your areas of responsibility
• Handle each customer case with attention to detail
• Log each incoming case in our customer service system
• Inform and educate our customers on how to work on our Platform
Your profile
We always look for people with that extra something to join our Customer Service team! A person who thrives on giving first class customer service every day and in every customer contact. If you have previous work experience from a service-related industry it's a bonus, but if you haven't it shouldn't stop you from applying!
As a person you are proactive and driven and you enjoy a fast-paced working environment. You are a multi-tasker by nature and you really enjoy taking care of customers and making sure that they get the best possible solution to optimize their experience on our Platform.
You enjoy spending time on the web and you're up to date on the new features of Facebook and Twitter.

The deal
The position that Mynewsdesk is offering is partly an "on-call" employment where we need you to be flexible and able to join the team ASAP. But we also need you to fill out the team during the days before/after major holidays, team vacations and other occasions.
You will be given a first class introduction and education to Mynewsdesk and our Platform prior to your first day with the Customer Service team.

Areas of Responsiblity: Help and support customers during their daily interaction on the Mynewsdesk Platform
The profile: Driven, proactive, service minded, solution oriented, flexible, easy going, you will mainly work in swedish but english is required.
The deal: On-call employment but mainly filling out the Customer Service team during the days before/after major holidays, team vacations, sick-leaves, workshops and other occasions.
The pay: The hourly rate will be based on your profile and service experience. To your hourly rate a 12% holiday pay will apply.
