Service Manager for puppy and kitten customers
As a service manager for puppy and kitten customers you are responsible for all puppy and kitten services development in a group level in Finland, Sweden and Norway in cooperation with various internal teams in country organizations and group level.
Your key task is to ensure that Musti Group is Puppy/Kitten Owners #1 partner by creating tempting and fluent Puppy/Kitten customer journey in all Musti Groups' channels.
You are also responsible of leading Musti Group's breeder concept services in the Nordics. Your performance indicators will be the amount and average spend of puppy/kitten and breeder customers, NPS and the level of engagement of puppy/kitten and breeder customers.
Our ideal candidate has a degree in Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration or Bachelor of Business Administration. You have strong experience of business and project management and the ability to work cross functional. You also understand digital services development to build new services together with IT. We expect you to have customer oriented approach and you have comprehensive understanding of chain concept management.
You speak fluent English, both in writing and in spoken. Finnish and/or Swedish is considered as an advantage.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The work is possible to perform in Helsinki (Käpylä) or in Stockholm (Kista). In all our locations, we often have dogs in the office, so the work is not suitable for person who is allergic to pets.
