We are now looking for a service-minded, flexible and multi tasking Music Creator Engagement Manager who will be producing engagement events and activations for our Music Creators. You will be a part of a small, cross-functional, high-impact team.
How you will make an impact
In this role you will be responsible for planning, leading and executing events to ensure our roster of Music Creators remains engaged. This includes for example:
• Managing and budgeting events (both virtual and offline)
• Selecting venues for events
• Managing equipment around events
Your daily tasks will vary a lot depending on what stage of the event you are in. One day you might be arranging accommodation and travel for 40 of our Music Creators while you host a virtual workshop with a successful speaker the next. In addition to this you will also:
• Be working closely with our Music Development team making sure everything is always aligned with having our Music Creators first at hand.
• Lead a project group of people with various roles within our domain where you discuss and plan for which events will be taken action on.
Be supporting the music creators at the heart of our business meaning the work you do will have a huge impact on our Music Creator Experience.
Who you are
To thrive in this role we believe that you are open minded, flexible, and service-minded. You pay excellent attention to detail and have strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to initiate and drive improvements. You are great at prioritizing work effectively under pressure, as well as maintaining a professional decorum. Last but not least, we believe you are a strong multi-tasker.
We believe you have:
• Great experience in working with different types of events, with all aspects of the planning and execution phase
• Handled different types of people and cater to their needs
• Great project management skills
• The ability to build successful working relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds
• The ability to always put our Music Creators in focus
