MultiMind is looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Technical Support / Business Support for one of the Sweden's leading Telecom companies to Växjö. Are you ready for a new challenge and willing to work in a dynamic environment? If yes, then this workplace is made for you! This exciting opportunity will start as a consultancy with MultiMind and will later convert to a direct hire.
As a Customer Technical support, you are going to help customers and users over phone, email and chat resolving issues with connectivity, software and hardware. You respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IoT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users. Your formal education and experience may vary, but you have a solid technical understanding and/or interest in mobile solutions. You understand the importance of transparency and communication, and you are a hands-on person who likes to get things done and like to cooperate with others.
You have Work experience, preferably within customer service or technical support.
High school degree.
General knowledge of mobile devices and network.
Fluent Finnish and English language, Swedish is a merit.
