What you'll do
The Multimedia Designer is accountable for creating compelling and engaging creative assets that contribute to the success of key product, regional, and cross-business marketing initiatives and programs. The Designer works closely with Marketing Communication team members and marketing colleagues to bring our brand alive and drive engagement with our customers. The Designer also works closely with the Brand team to gain and maintain an intimate understanding of our brand to be able to serve as a brand ambassador to the organization and provide guidance on the correct interpretation and application of the brand guidelines.
Translate technical or complex information into easy-to-understand and engaging design and visualizations
Create motion graphics, gifs, illustrations, infographics, and print deliverables such as brochures and advertisements
Create exhibition and event graphics such as large format exhibition panels and quick screens
Photoshoot / Video-shoot planning & management
Design and creative support for social media, website, and other digital marketing media
Take ownership for all phases of asset creation from conceptualization through to delivery
Ensure adherence to corporate branding and integrating corporate guidelines into marketing communication programs.
What you'll do
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital marketing, multimedia, or related field
5-7 years of experience at an agency, design firm, or an in-house marketing department
Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, color, form and ideation
Fluent in oral and written English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work across many time zones, operate with a high degree of autonomy on multiple projects, under time pressures to meet deadlines.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to translate brand voice and key messages into content that conveys a unique personality and brand platform distinct to Cytiva
Working knowledge of website design platforms, html, and CSS
Knowledge/experience in the life sciences industry
Team oriented - ability to work well with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams
Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
