Inter IKEA Culture Center AB is currently creating the first and only IKEA Museum in the world.
The IKEA Museum will be an international destination for people of all ages and offer a surprising, unexpected and meaningful experience.
It is due to open in autumn 2015 and will be housed in the world?s first IKEA store in Älmhult, Sweden. IKEA Museum will contain a permanent and temporary exhibition, a restaurant and gift shop. Other local on- and off-site activities will complete this unique IKEA experience.
ABOUT THE JOB:
IKEA museum creative group in close cooperation with our external business partner Ralph Appelbaum Associates has created the Multi Media communication briefs which contains different type of Audio & Video and interactive contents. The Communication briefs are divided in different production area & process. The core responsibility of a Multi Media Production/project coordinator is to lead and coordinate the projects within the production areas.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT:
As Multi Media Production/project coordinator you will lead and coordinate the projects and production process from start to delivery within the set time, budget and quality.
You will develop and maintain excellent collaboration with other internal production connected to Multi Media projects securing the delivery. Furthermore you will be the link between external suppliers and internal production process securing an efficient flow of information and material.
