In the role as Site Manager you'll be responsible for managing content, campaigns and promotions, develop editorial areas and maximize site performance. Being market-oriented, you will analyse customer preferences and shape the content accordingly. This will involve relations with content suppliers, pricing strategy and publishing. You will also drive promotion and marketing campaigns with allies in other departments in order to maximize traffic and conversion rate. With enthusiasm and energy! You will need the skill and will to create dynamic editorial content and a high degree of social media presence and activity. And enjoy working at the forefront of technology with a commercial focus.
YOU ARE LOOKING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As in every start-up phase, the character of the job varies from brainpower to man power - some intellect, some sweat. Today, we suspect that you work in e-commerce and/or entertainment and have a devoted passion for computer-based info-/entertainment. You need to be a communicative person, and must be comfortable with the English language. One Nordic languages is a also a requirement. No technical background is required, even though you are likely to be very familiar with on-line behaviour and technical aspects. Being a restless but patient meticulous perfectionist is contradictory in terms, but ideally what we are looking for. Are you the one?
