Operational retail UC business development with Volvo Selekt markets. Roll out of new markets.
Operational responsibility for Volvo Selekt markets, driving forward dealer profitability, professionalism and market share of Selekt. Development of central control tools to manage the countries by relevant KPIs. Working across different market levels and adopt to different needs - achieve local necessary competence levels. Continue Volvo Selekt roll out in non-Selekt countries.
Specialist in areas of competence development and coaching, therefore working cross functional with Competence Development and Retail Excellence Team.

Main Responsibility
Within this function, UCM is responsible for:
• Continuous quality control of Volvo Selekt via dealer standards regarding preparation, presentation and program compliance.
• Drive NSC performance via KPI - develop and enhance dashboards

• Agree DTC approach with NSCs to secure dealer commitment to Volvo Selekt
o Qualitative via Volvo Selekt standards
o Quantitative via volume targets

• Develop dealer performance via business plans with local NSCs
o Target GP in %
o Target ave days in stock =
