hela Sverige The IT Operations team is looking for a MS SQL System Administrator to our global IT Operations organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The IT Operations team is part of the Infrastructure & IT Operations department. Our main responsibility is to provide our colleagues around the world with an available, reliable and efficient IT-infrastructure and we do this by great support! We have the end-to-end responsibility from making the latest technology available to our organization to support and maintain the already installed infrastructure.
Our department, Infrastructure & IT Operations, work closely with other parts of the Axis organization both with the organization at the Headquarters in Lund as well as sales & production sites globally. Act as One is a key value for us which means that we are passionate about working together and cooperate to live up to the organizations needs and requirements.
Axis is growing and we need to strengthen IT Operations with yet another co-worker. As our MS SQL-administrator your daily work will be to monitor, managing Incidents & Problems but also to review and understand new business requirements and how these should be implemented. You will most likely also be the one doing the implementation. You will also be acting as 2:nd/3:rd line support towards out Helpdesk.
You need to be comfortable with setting you own agenda but at the same time be a great team player. You should also be ready to work in a global environment.
The position will require on-call duty and travel (approx. 20 days/year).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years experience within operating & maintaining a MS SQL environment as an administrator. Its' great if you have experience doing this in a global environment. We think you have basic knowledge of the Windows stack and understand the dependencies between application, data layer and servers.
We are looking for a person that would like to have fun at work and contribute to the team spirit. So, you need to be a great team player and that take full responsibility of your parts.
You will be working in a changing and fast-moving environment, so we need you to be able to walk the extra mile when needed.
THE MAIN SKILLS WANTED ARE:
* Administer MS-SQL servers in clusters (manage users, security, backups, new databases, storage etc).
* Operate our SharePoint infrastructure (SharePoint, PowerShell, SQL)
* Administrate AD & Exchange
* Knowledge of VMware
* Able to use PowerShell for administration of Microsoft-environment.
* Knowledge & experience of how to make analysis of application requirements on the IT-environment.
* Knowledge & experience of implementing infrastructure in a secure and reliable way.
