At Antaros Medical, we are pioneering imaging methodologies, such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET), to design and deliver clinical studies for decision making and differentiation in drug development. As a part of our growth journey, we are now looking for an MR Imaging Specialist. The position will be placed in either our Gothenburg, Uppsala, or Malmö office.

As an MR Imaging Specialist, you will be involved in the start-up and operational phase of clinical trials to ensure the best quality of MR images collected on the clinical imaging sites and by participating in our contract research studies and as part of our own R&D. Your main focus will be the responsibility for setting up harmonized imaging protocols, training the sites on the procedures, and communicating with imaging site staff.

You will join a group of Imaging Specialists with expertise in MR and PET, and you will be working closely with Imaging Scientists, Project Managers, and Image Analysts to deliver innovative imaging solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Assuring image quality and managing imaging aspects of clinical trials

• On-site and remote training, assessment and qualifying of imaging sites

• Supporting imaging sites with the setting up of imaging protocols according to study requirements

• Educating imaging sites on the processes to be followed in the clinical trials

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have strong organizational skills, a distinct sense of empowerment, and carry out as well as lead your work independently. Even so, you very much enjoy working in project teams from start to finish to achieve the goal. You are comfortable communicating on the phone, via Teams and per e-mail.

As a person, we further believe that you are outgoing, a natural communicator, and can adapt your approach depending on the situation. You work as a team player and apply communicative and interactive skills on different levels within the organization and with external parties and customers.

Requirements:

• A radiographer's degree, specialization in MRI

• Clinical MRI-experience working as a radiographer or similar experience

• Experience in working with MRI scanners from multiple vendors

• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)

Preferably, you have professional experience in abdominal and kidney imaging. It is further beneficial if you have work experience in pharmaceutical- or medical technology industries, and/or experience of working according to GCP and in clinical trials.
