K2 Corporate Mobility Scandinavia, part of the K2 worldwide group of companies, is an established deliverer of services to the Global Mobility sector in Sweden, with offices located in Malmö and Stockholm.
We now seek to strengthen our team through the appointment of a Client Services Manager to be based in Stockholm.

As a Client Services Consultant you will be responsible for managing and co-coordinating the door-to-door relocation services for corporate assignees. The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility's existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts, and be accountable for shipping and destination services throughout individual relocations- presenting quotations, booking third party vendors, confirming schedules and retaining contact.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Managing and being accountable for a caseload of moves for corporate clients
• Costing of individual files, including responsibility for service delivery and profitability
• Implementing and adhering to K2 Corporate Mobility's clearly defined processes, to ensure consistency in services
• Updating our Ascent technology platform and delivering high quality data to our clients
• Researching, communicating and ensuring that customs requirements and restrictions are adhered to for international relocations
• Coordinating and managing third party partners- reserving, booking, and auditing services provided by the partners
• Proactively communicating with assignees, colleagues and vendors
• Developing relationships with our clients, assignees and shipping/relocation partners
• Building an in-depth knowledge of assigned clients' policies, cultures and service requirements
• Preparing reports for clients and colleagues

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experiance within the HHG / Logistics industry
• Outstanding communication skills and demonstrable customer service experience, in any industry. Good verbal and written language skills.
• High level of commercial awareness with an attention to numerical detail
• A brilliant understanding of geography and cultures
• Outstanding organisational skills, experience managing multiple projects
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• A positive, team focused, "can-do" attitude
• The ability to manage and resolve conflicts or high pressure situations
• Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, additional languages are beneficial
• High level working proficiency in all Microsoft office programs- especially excel
