Are youready to take a leading role in our Business transformation project MORE? We are looking for a Training Team Lead

Do you want to be a part of an exciting and dynamic program driving improvement in major parts of Epiroc over the coming years? Join our excellent team consisting of dedicated people supporting the business transformation enabled by MORE. Our mission is to prepare the organization for the M3 implementation, by leading the people side of change. We are now looking to fill the position as Training Team Lead enabling a successful adoption of the M3 solution.
The first release of the project is now live with more than 3000 end-users globally. We are now planning for the next release where we will roll out M3 to new users globally. This will further increase the importance of a structured Training and Change Management process.

Training Team Lead
Mission
Your mission is to contribute to the program success by:
* Leading the full training scope, enabling a successful adoption of the M3 solution
* Ensuring an effective training scope from the MORE program to identified stakeholders
* Developing a training strategy and a training plan
* Coordinating training development & material creation
* Using the ANCILE uPerform tool to create training material
* Coordinating training execution, supporting trainers and the local organizations
* Following up on training needs
* Cooperating & coordinating with other projects/programs

Skills and knowledge
* Capacity to holistically plan training to fit the needs of the business
* Proven project management and leadership skills
* University degree in relevant area or other relevant background and experience
* Experience in M3 is an advantage
* Experience of organizational change management is an advantage
* High pedagogical skills when supporting training development and delivery
* General Epiroc Business Knowledge is a big advantage.
* Excellent English skills - both written and spoken - is a requirement

For this role we are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to the change coming with the MORE implementation. We are looking for people with the ability to build trust and motivate others. In the MORE Program environment you 'll benefit from being flexible and a team player. Since we are focusing on change we also need to ensure that we, as a team, are adaptable, respond to change in an efficient way and have a strong focus on the result of our work. You are solution oriented and have the ability to act and deliver in a dynamic environment. In this position you will have many contacts both internally and externally, so good interpersonal- and communications skills are required. You will report to the People Readiness lead in the MORE Program.

This position is a project role for a term of 18 months with a possible extension. The MORE program is expected to continue until at least 2023. We have two project offices, one in Örebro, Sweden and one in Toronto, Canada. If you are not already based in Örebro, frequent travels to the project office will be required.

MORE is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. Connecting our Customers Centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies will allow information to be transparent across companies and thereby help decisions makers to make informed decisions. MORE will also deliver enhanced system support to some of our key business processes reducing manual work and helping us to serve our customers better. The use of modern technology including mobile solutions is part of our digitalization strategy and is key to remain as market leader.
