hela Sverige Connected Solutions is a newly established unit within Volvo Group that leads the development of the Volvo Group's connected solutions and supporting capabilities to further strengthen the Volvo Group position and competitiveness in the area.
We are now looking for a Mood Manager at Lindholmen Science Park. A person with a lot of heart, humor and exceptional service mindset. This position will be an important part in making Volvo Group Connected Solutions (VGCS) a truly enjoyable place to work for our employees and consultants and you will be seen as the person to go to when needing assistance in any office related aspects. The job will cover a large variety of different areas; so your attitude, mindset and willingness to take on all kind of assignments will be crucial to succeed in this position.
You will report to VGCS Vice President of Communication and among other things have the following areas within your responsibility:
Manning of the reception - welcoming visitors and other related tasks
Facility coordination for all external and internal partner activities such as cleaning companies, fruit deliveries, arranging evacuation trainings and first aid trainings etc.
Arrange and support internal and external events for employees, consultants and customers
To ensure that all conference rooms are set-up with relevant equipment and pro-actively work to enhance our facilities in regards to interior decoration
Communication support of information on our intranet, sharepoint, Social media (updates, uploads etc.)
Provide administrative support to Vice President of Innovation Lab, such as planning meetings, booking travels etc.
