A person with a lot of heart, humor and exceptional service mindset. Someone that wants to be the go-to-person when our employees and consultants need assistance or inspiration. The job will cover a large variety of areas; so your attitude, ability to predict and willingness to take on all kind of assignments will be crucial to succeed in this position.
Your key tasks
You will report to the companys Vice President of Communication and among other things have the following areas within your responsibility.
• Ensure a welcoming and purposeful office and working environment
• Coordinate all external and internal partner activities such as cleaning companies, fruit deliveries, etc
• Arrange required trainings for office workers such as evacuation, first aid and other
• Support internal and external events as needed
• Ensure clear communication in the office and other channels as needed
Qualifications
We believe that you will find this position interesting and developing if you have the following competencies and traits;
• Good collaboration and communication skills when interacting with all kinds of people
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work with all sorts of tasks with a variety of complexity from fairly easy tasks to more complex ones
• Mature personality with experience from large companies preferably global in different roles and areas
• Ability to make your surroundings welcoming and places where people feel at home
• Good knowledge in English and Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Very good PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint EBD and SAP
