hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Global Water Partnership Organisation i Stockholm You will be part of the Network Operations team and report to the Head of Network Operations. The position will also work closely with the Network Officers and the Communications Unit and Finance Unit.
Specific duties include:
collecting and processing Program information; producing Program documnets; maintaining the program Management DB;
streamlining the use of GWP Program Informations system within GWP by supporting GWPO and Regional Water Partnerships activities -
prepare planning and M&E guidelines as necessary; support management with evidence based info (project proposals, presentations, etc); capacity building in the Secretariat on Planning, M&E; work with IT on optimising the managmeent of info within GWPO Secretariat.
Qualifications and experience:
MSc in the water, social sciences or environmental sector; 5 yrs of professional exp, preferably in project/program management with strong exp in planning, monitoring and evaluation; work exp on development issues in Africa, Asia or Latin America; excellent organisational and strategic planning skills with strong ability to analyse, set priorities, take initiatives; excellent computer skills in the use of software for data base management, etc; strong interpersonal skills and integrity with exp of working in teams; excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French and Spanish an advantage.
