Would you like to make an impact? We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager to play a critical role at our Headquarter Site during a period of one year where the original position holder is on parental leave.
In this key position you will have the responsibility to ensure that HR deliveries are well managed and that deployment of HR practices are consistent throughout the company. A special focus will be on HR projects and processes as well as HR areas that involve labor law and Compensation & Benefits. You will operate within the parameters of global HR strategies and policies as well as overall business strategies. You will be a part of the HR HQ Team and report to the Head of HR HQ Site.
Key accountabilities
• Lead and/or coordinate HR processes like performance excellence, training & development, union negotiations, salary reviews or other HR areas to secure one way of working within Mölnlycke Headquarters
• Secure that HR deliveries at the site is compliance with labor law and collective agreements as well as local policies and regulations
• Coordinate communication about ongoing activities to managers at the Headquarter site
• Initiate and manage change projects to drive HR development and deployment at Headquarter site
• Develop effective working procedures in order to establish successful HR support to managers
Qualifications
For this position a University degree in relevant field is required as well as at least 5 years of related qualified Human Resources experience. You have a strong understanding of Swedish Work Legislation and union practices as well as strong project management skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as spoken.
The successful applicant has a high level of customer focus and with a results oriented mindset. You are used to perform with high quality within given deadlines.
