hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Plastal Industri AB i Göteborg As Moldflow Specialist you are responsible for performing and optimizing Moldflow analysis on Injection molded parts for Filling, Packing, Cooling and Warpage.
Our Moldflow specialists work in close cooperation with our cross-functional development team where your analysis and result interpretation will drive optimal part design.
You are expected to support trouble shooting and root cause analysis of injection molding tryouts at tooling supplier and for running production at our production sites.
Beside supporting product development you will take an active part in our internal research work and drive continuous improvement within your expertise area.
You will support gate keeping for the release of part and tool designs for production.
You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in Moldflow simulations & Plastic Product developments, preferably on Automotive exterior parts.
For this assignment You need to prove good knowledge and skills in Plastic materials & Tool Design, and also good knowledge of ANSA for meshing and preprocessing.
You have basic knowledge of CATIA V5 for model handling.
Since you work in close cooperation with other people in the organization you have to have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player with ability to work cross functionally in fast paced, high productivity environment.
When it comes to languageskills you need to be fluid in English both oral and written. Swedish is beneficial
