manufacturers? Then maybe the position as Module Manager for Cardboard & Straw could be of interest to you? The Carton Value platform aims to focus and expand the core, integrating all packaging lines
and packages. Your group is a part of the department called Line Engineering 8 & 19 that focuses on developing and delivering products for this platform and is in charge of Product Life Cycle.
Main responsibilities
As manager for the Cardboard & Straw module you will be responsible for Cardboard Packers and Straw Applicators and deliver solutions to all Platforms, not only Carton Value. The group consists of 15
employees, as well as 15-20 consultants, both in-house and off-site. In addition to this role, you will also be a member of the management team for Line Engineering 8&19.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Lead and develop people and the organisation
• Own the Technical Specifications for products within the module
• Plan and execute Product Life Cycle activities
• Deliver technical solutions for future equipment
• Plan, control and follow-up on the budget
• Take a proactive part as a member in the management team
Qualifications
You possess a strong personal drive and co-operate well with others in a diplomatic but firm manner. You have excellent people and communication skills and the task of leading & motivating others
comes easy to you. You are analytical, structured and a team player and you hold a clear business awareness as well as customer orientation. You enjoy leading people and have several years of
experience from managerial positions. You hold a university degree within either Engineering or Business, or have an equivalent level of experience, and are proficient in both written and spoken
English. Experience within Project Management is a merit.

The Development & Engineering unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food. The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key
product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems
and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.
