You will be learning how to manage and plan the booking of international models. As an integral part of the NAKD team you will be a key component in one of the fastest growing online stores in Europe and be part of creating and developing the future of e-commerce together with us! You will work closely with our Photo Department, Merchandising and our stylists in the studio.
You are a passionate individual who strives to consistently improve and stay up to date on the latest fashion and generation Z trends. Your creative goals are set high and you have a genuine interest in social trends, sales, merchandising, photography etc.
You must be able to meet short deadlines with a "can-do" attitude.
A positive attitude, honesty, humility are characteristics we value highly and flexible hours are something you are used to.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and planning the model bookings for e-com and editorial shoots
• Analyzing the market and social trends daily
• Strategic planning according to budget parameters
• Presenting and executing our schedule with a three month advance
• Daily/hourly monitoring of incoming emails and contacting new agents
Skills And Qualifications:
• Interest in e-commerce, fashion and trends
• Passion for planning and coordinating
• Total knowledge of calendar management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and highly motivated individual and team player
• Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Strong people skills and ability to maintain relationships with agencies and models
• Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities and problem solve
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
