Role Summary/Purpose
As a Modality Planner Leader you are an integrator for the global Sales and Operation Planning process for your own portfolio as well as a "broader" cross-team portfolio. You'll be leading customer focused horizontal cooperation with senior leaders within the Commercial Region's, Product P&L:s and Manufacturing to improve key customer and business metrics.
Essential Responsibilities
Our Modality Planner Leader demonstrates ownership and plays an important part in establishing feedback loops, transparent communication and fair demand and supply matching, facilitating key decision with direct customer impact!

Key responsibilities will include:

Own global Sales and Operation Planning including Product Categorisation processes
Drive policy/frameworks for Forecasting, Inventory/Replenishment and Product Categorisation
Ensure one strong demand signal is entered in our forecasting tool (Demantra)
Representing the team in reviews in senior reviews with particular stakeholder groups
KPI target settings linked to the S&OP processes with P&L, Regions and Sites.
Drive and establish processes to ensure clear communication around supply & demand including a fair allocation (vs forecast) of supply when constrained.
Identify and lead actions to deliver the S&OP vision through the established framework

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Very strong influencing skills driving horizontal cooperation and communication in a global matrix environment.
Demonstrated process analytical skills/ number savvy including proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience from Driving Change with Global and Cross functional teams
Bachelor?s Degree and several years supply chain and/or operations and/or commercial and/or product management experience or working. Or High School Diploma and previous experience from working with Sales and Operation Planning.
Desired Characteristics

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
Boundary-less thinker
APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) / other supply chain certification
MBA or Master?s degree
OMLP (GE Operation Management Leadership Program) or other leadership program graduate
Experience deploying globally impactful supply/demand KPI?s, including forecast accuracy, statistical planning methodologies, inventory turns, and On Time Delivery Metrics.
Demantra (preferred) or other ERP/Planning system experience
Working knowledge of GE Healthcare inventory policies/ inventory generating processes and Operating Plan.
