In this role you will manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, either internationally or domestically. You will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process; coordinating all services throughout the whole process, ensuring the employee and family are satisfied with the services provided.
We are looking for someone who is positive, confident and passionate about customer service and other people, who has an interest in other cultures and languages.
Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for HR / mobility specialists on corporate level and assignees.
• Coordination of worldwide relocations - conduct needs assessment and brief the assignees on all provisions, initiate the relocation process and all services, manage the delivery of all services to ensure satisfactory experience.
• Counsel on policies and relate them through the assignment/relocation to operational procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of all services to ensure satisfactory experience.
• Accurately maintain and update files and databases.
• Liaise with service partners abroad and in Sweden to ensure the best quality of service delivery.
• Other duties as directed by senior management.
Requirements:
• Applicable experience from the mobility industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work within a team structure while delivering strong customer service
• Ability to communicate well (in English) with employees of all levels within an organisation.
• Good computer literacy
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
